Wow! This is fantastic. I love the description of how they got their extra appendages - that it wasn't an instantaneous process. I also liked how you described their period of adjustment. The bit about the demon watching them stumble around was hysterical.
Then, the scene with Sam grooming Dean the first time was hot - made hotter by the fact that we knew exactly what was happening to our pie-loving boy, but Sam didn't.
Finally, the scene in the cabin in the end - a wonderful combination of brotherly affection (hiking, snowball fights, etc.) and non-brotherly affections - which was very hot, by the way.
