Thank you so much for this lovely comment, it made my day! I sort of felt compelled to write my own take on what was happening in S9, which turned out to be eerily close to where the season ended up eventually (except for the whole Wincest thing, damn it...) It felt good to write it, especially Sam's pov.

I originally had an epilogue that explored the 'new' Sam and Dean as they are now, but it seemed to take away from the impact of the ending. But maybe a coda :)
