what a great story!!!!!! I was thinking about the fact that if they split the mark - as Death told Dean in the finale and then I'm led to your story here.... AWESOME!

I'm so glad someone pointed out this story, thank you for sharing and having the imagination to what was a possibility.

I'm thinking that maybe with the Darkness - it's possible that God comes back to put the Darkness away and since Dean was the one with the Mark - he's chosen but Sam puts up a stink and God offers to split the Mark between the two of them. Makes it possible for the boys to keep going on, and Supernatural to have a very interesting turn.
