Heh - if your journal isn't set to over 18s it's easy peasy - AO3 has an import from LJ option. If like me you had to set your journal to adult, the easiest way I've found is to copy and paste LJ's HTML into the AO3 page. Sometimes you get wonky formatting but mostly that works.
