Sarah, thanks so much for the thoughtful comments, that means alot -- so glad the awkwardness came through and the dialogue was believable. And that's exactly what I wanted to convey, that even tho they've worked together for a long time, their real feelings for each other stayed remarkably hidden. Except from Kim ;)
